c: AIHTI Inc.
Senior IT Manager | 06/06/2011 - 05/19/2025
During my time at AIHTI Inc., my role shifted from solving immediate design and technical problems to architecting the big picture. Maintenance wasn't enough; I needed to build a foundation that could actually scale.
I modernized the entire infrastructure, transitioning toward cloud-based systems and virtualization. To most, this just meant things worked better, but behind the scenes, it ensured our data was more secure and our systems were always available when needed. I am particularly proud of the tools and process improvements I built to solve measurable problems.
By spending time on the production floor, I learned that building tools to give teams a clear view of their work drives collective success. When a manager can identify a slowdown before it happens, that’s a win. I operate at the intersection of what is possible and what is profitable. I don’t just own a technology stack; I own the outcomes it delivers.

Graphic Designer | 02/2000 - 03/2008
My career began in the world of graphic design and print production. This time taught me that every pixel and every point of registration matters. Managing the visual identity for major publications and advertisers required extreme attention to detail and a "get it right the first time" mentality. While my tools were focused on aesthetics, my mind was already shifting toward the systems behind the screens, finding ways to streamline digital assets to make the creative process more efficient.
Designed graphics for print and web advertisements utilizing custom art and stock elements as required.
Adhered to the advertiser’s, production manager’s and publisher’s specifications.
Corrected and enhanced existing photos and other media with photography and video editing, utilizing the Adobe Suite of design tools.
Distributed proofs and negatives ensuring designs were made as requested and in a timely manner.
Completed assigned projects per deadlines as required for daily and weekly publishing.
Maintained up to date knowledge of 4 color (CMYK) Off-Set press production, film registration and chemical composition for deviances during production.
